How the AI assistant window works

The AI assistant from ovos play is available in the Admin Dashboard and helps you with various tasks like creating library structures, cards, images, voice-overs, and much more.

Overview

The AI assistant can be opened via the header in the ovos play Admin Dashboard. Click the purple AI icon in the top right to open the assistant. You can also use the keyboard shortcut ALT + A to open and close the assistant.

Note 1: The AI assistant always knows where you are in the Admin Dashboard and adjusts the content accordingly—unless you define another source for the content.

Note 2: If you trigger AI assistant features from the pages of the Admin Dashboard, the AI window will open automatically.

Note 3: Each administrator or author of an instance has their own assistant thread and only sees their own conversations. 

Scaling and Positioning

The assistant window overlays the admin dashboard so you can still access the created content in the admin dashboard. With the anchor point at the top edge, you can move the window anywhere. Drag the window to the desired position.

You can also resize the window if you want it bigger or smaller. To do this, hold the mouse on the zoom symbol at the bottom right and drag the window to the desired size.
