I want to create elements in large quantities

If you need to create a lot of repetitive content, you can use the assistant for that. Thanks to the content_management workflows, you can create multiple articles with a single message.

Here are some ideas:

Create an advent calendar theme with 24 decks

Example: Please create an advent calendar theme named “Advent Calendar” with 24 decks. Each deck should be named “#1 Advent Calendar” (and so on) and include the image I’ve attached.

You can then create content for each deck.

Import questions from a table

The assistant can also extract data from a table (xlsx, xls, ods, csv) and use that to structure and create content. Add the table as a source and ask the assistant to create cards.

The naming of the columns doesn’t matter much as long as it’s clear what each column represents. You can explain this to the assistant in the additional instructions.

In the additional instructions, you can tell the assistant to copy the texts from the table 1:1.

Note: The assistant can create a maximum of 27 cards per request. If you want to import multiple cards, you can do so in multiple requests.

Creating glossary entries using a table

You can create a table (xlsx, xls, ods, csv) with a name column and a description column and ask the assistant to create glossary entries from it.

The naming of the columns doesn’t matter much as long as it’s clear which column is which.

Example: You have two columns. If you name both "Questions," the AI won’t understand what you mean. It’s better if you name them, for example, “Questions” and “Answers.”

Create an "About Us" deck based on the content of your website

If you have a standard website, you can ask the assistant to create content based on it. Add the link to your website as a text source.

Note: You can also use the knowledge from, for example, Wikipedia to quickly create content.

Link question cards to a competency

The assistant can add multiple question cards to a competency. The assistant needs the respective IDs of the elements and the competency. You can find the IDs of the elements in the blue ID tags on the edit pages or in the URL.

The prompt for the AI assistant would then look like this:
