Before you create the learning content, it is important to know your target group, because the concept should be tailored to the needs and interests of the target group.

Learners have different prerequisites and prior knowledge. This heterogeneity is natural and unavoidable, so it is helpful to think about it in advance.

Think about it:

  • What role do learners have in the company/education sector?

  • How formal/informal should content be presented? (first name or first name, loosening up content in between, funny pictures/GIFs)

  • What previous knowledge do you have?

  • Which languages do the learners speak?

  • What benefits should learners derive from the learning opportunities in ovos play?

  • Are there wishes/needs on the part of the learners?

  • What does the everyday life of learners look like?

  • How can I best support the learners?

Example:

Onboarding process: Informal approach with deck view and text+image card
