The library lets you manage and organize your content. To make it easy to find specific elements quickly, the library offers powerful filtering options.
Filtering by content packages is great for checking whether people or groups with access to those packages actually see the right content.
To apply a filter, click on the filter icon next to the search bar:
In the Content Package field, you can select the content packages you want to filter by.
The content package filter filters elements based on their assignment to a content package and shows those library elements that are visible through that package. You can also filter by multiple content packages in the filter.
To remove the filter, click on the X next to the selected packages.
The content package filter can also be used alongside other filters. For example, you can filter all content with a specific content package within a single topic.
