The library lets you manage and organize your content. To help you find specific elements quickly, the library offers powerful filtering features.
Filtering by topics is a great option when creating or editing content in a specific topic.
To set the filter, click the filter icon next to the search bar:
In the field Topic, you can select the topics you want to filter by. For journeys, you can also select individual phases. To remove the filter, click the X next to the selected topics.
With the filter applied, you’ll see the topic and all its content.
You can move the content within the filtered topic however you like. However, you can’t reorder entire topics if you're displaying multiple topics via the filter. Delete the filter to rearrange the topics.
The topic filter can also be used alongside other filters. For example, you can filter all content with a specific content package within a single topic.
