You can view the progress of individual decks in the user statistics. In addition to the exercise progress, you can also see whether a deck has been fully explored.
Check deck progress
To view the deck progress of users, go to the menu item Analyse and User. In this overview, you can search for individual users to see their statistics. Click on the desired person in the list and switch to Decks in the statistics.

The green tick in the "Explored" column shows you whether the user has fully explored the deck. If you have decks without a practice section in your instance, you can use this view to check the learning progress of these decks.
In the example above, you can see that the first five decks have been fully explored. The first three have also been practized to a certain percentage. The other decks have not been practiced so far.
Checking topic progress
To view the progress for individual topics, switch to the Topics tab. Here, as with decks, you can see the practice progress and whether the topic has been fully explored. A topic is considered fully explored when all decks within the topic have been explored.

In the example above, you can see that the topic "Performance Support" has been fully explored and 66% practice progress has already been achieved. The topic "Demonstration" has not yet been fully explored, but 9% of practice progress has been achieved.
