For each document that you upload, you can define whether the document is authorised for download in the app or whether it is a confidential document that must not be downloaded.

At the bottom of the editor you will find the option Allow the document to be downloaded. Deactivate this setting and the document may not be downloaded in the app. The download button within the document will be hidden in the app.
