In the Trainer Dashboard, you can see the progress of the learning content for the selected group or user. In addition, you can also view the detailed statistics of the learning content to see the learning progress of the users for this learning content.
Navigate to the menu item ANALYSE ➔ Trainer Dashboard to view the statistics.
In the Trainer Dashboard, first select the group from which you want to view the results on the left.
On the right-hand side, you will now see all the learning content to which users in this group have access. Next to each learning content in the list you will find the Details button.
Click on this button to open the detailed statistics of the learning content. A new window opens with a list of all users in the group and their learning progress. The learning progress is shown with the completion of the "Discover" area and the progress of the practice in percent.
You can also sort this list of users by nickname and learning progress data. Click on the names of the columns in the upper area to activate the sorting and display them in descending or ascending order.
Select an exam and open the detail view to see which users have passed, failed or not yet attempted the exam. In addition, you can also see the result of the last attempt in percent.
This detailed view gives you an overview of the training status of the users in your group per learning content. With this knowledge, you can, for example, send users with a very low learning progress a targeted notification to remind them to learn.
