After you have created a user, you can also assign a role. The role defines the authorisation for users. You can find more information about roles here.
To assign a role, proceed as follows:
Save the new user account.
Switch to the Roles tab.
Select one or more roles.
By default, new users are so-called learners. A learner only has access to the app and not to the administration interface. The Learner role does not have to be assigned manually, but can always be added for a better overview.
You grant access to the administration interface with manual role distribution.
