Library
Here you will find all learning content and can create new content. In this menu item you will find decks, tests, events, cards and the glossary.

Static pages
Static pages are displayed in the menu and can be used as informative pages, such as an imprint or links to external content. Static pages are also used to obtain consent for e.g. data protection declarations before the app can be used.

You can use the glossary to add explanations of technical terms to flashcards. The terms are then listed in an overview page and thus also serve as a reference work.

Content codes
Under this menu item, you can create number and QR codes that link directly to individual content. For example, you can link to app content in a book or make step-by-step instructions quickly accessible on site (e.g. for a printer).

With the "News" module, you can provide your users with the latest information in the form of news articles. With notifications, you can display prominent messages to users on the home screen. Users of the app also receive push notifications.
Notifications can refer to learning content in the app or external links. They are ideal for welcome messages, important information about product updates or new processes in your company.

This area is only available with the ovos play Live module.

In this area, you can hold presentations that you have put together yourself in person or remotely. Trainers can access this area and hold interactive presentations.

Users
You can add or manage individual users here. Email addresses or passwords can be reset here. You can also assign different authorizations for users using roles.
Under the menu item Import users, you can also import an existing list of users.

Groups control who can see which users in the Admin Dashboard and also determine which roles and which content packages are assigned to the users. You can use the menu item to create and manage your group structure and assign the respective group to the users.
